The website as a whole — its structure, texts, visual identity, typefaces, illustrations, logos and source code — is protected by intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, these elements are the property of Alpha Component Solutions or are licensed to it.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part and by any means, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may constitute infringement under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The trade marks, names and logos of Airbus and Air France KLM remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is strictly informative and confers no assignment or licence of rights.

4.Personal data

This is a corporate information website. It contains no forms, no customer area and no registration. Apart from the anonymous audience measurement described below, no data is collected directly from visitors.

Processing activities

• Contact by email. If you write to one of the published addresses, the data in your message is processed solely in order to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention period: the time needed to handle your request, then, where applicable, the statutory limitation periods.
• Audience measurement. To understand how the site is used, we record anonymous visit statistics: page viewed, referring site, browser and operating system, approximate location derived from the IP address, and date and time. The IP address itself is masked and not stored. The measurement uses no cookie and writes nothing on your device. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention period: 90 days. You may object at any time by enabling the “Do Not Track” setting of your browser, which the site honours.
• Server logs. The hosting provider records technical logs — IP address, timestamp, requested resource — for security and service continuity. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention period: one year, in line with the legal obligation of hosting providers.

Recipients and transfers

Data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties, other than technical service providers acting on the publisher's behalf. Audience measurement is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Azure Application Insights), with data stored in the European Union (West Europe).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you, as well as the right to issue instructions regarding its fate after your death. These rights may be exercised by writing to the registered office address given in section 1, subject to proof of identity.

This site places no cookies and stores no identifier on your device: no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social network cookies.
